[Catalyst] Catalyst SVN - can't build, no Makefile.PL ?

I think it was mentioned as "Sri has rewired the installer.", but this 
is what you get for running on the bleeding edge. ;)

Build works basically like a Perl version of Make.  So:
./Build test
./Build install
