[Catalyst] Catalyst SVN - can't build, no Makefile.PL ?

I read http://use.perl.org/~draven/journal but haven't see anything
about this change?

Ok, so I SVN in the Catalyst trunk,
cd Catalyst
perl Build.PL
perl Build

The last step does lots of "manifying" but still doesn't install
anything? 
 
Am I doing this correctly?
