[Html-widget] Rails-like form helpers - RFC for a new module

I think you need a dependency version for HTML::Widget in Makefile.PL.
I tried installing and got

I upgraded HTML::Widget then it installed fine though I got the following
warnings (on Centos 4.3)

I've just uploaded InstantCRUD version 0.0.17 to CPAN.  It includes
this new HTML::Widget::DBIC module.
I am waiting for comments.
