[Dbix-class] ANNOUNCE: DBIx::Class 0.04999_06 (RC4) released

DBIx::Class 0.4999_06 is on its way to CPAN. In the meantime you can
get it here:

http://pause.perl.org/incoming/DBIx-Class-0.04999_06.tar.gz

This release has one simple (but important) change from _05:

    - fix Storage/DBI (tried to load deprecated ::Exception component)

Barring any major problems, this will be released as 0.05.

Catalyst::Model::DBIC::Plain users: please test this release!
DBIC::Plain has exposed a few edge cases recently, and Matt would like
to be sure everything works.  Thanks!
