[Dbix-class] Lacking dependancy in Catalyst::Model::DBIC::Schema

So, it looks like the helpers for Catalyst::Model::DBIC::Schema generate
code that uses the new connect_info format for
DBIx::Class::Schema::Loader.  However, Build.PL only lists
DBIx::Class::Schema::Loader 0.02001 as recommended, when connect_info
first appeared in 0.02003.

Just wanted to mention it, as it tripped me up for a bit.
