Hey. To keep things more consistent, the canonical hostname for dev is 
now dev.catalystframework.org <http://dev.catalystframework.org>. That 
means you will have to update your checkouts. For svk it will look 
something like this:

[catalyst at server catalyst]$ svk mirror --relocate //mirror/Catalyst 
http://dev.catalystframework.org/repos/Catalyst
[catalyst at server catalyst]$ svk mirror --relocate //mirror/bast 
http://dev.catalystframework.org/repos/bast

For subversion you do something like this:
svn switch --relocate http://dev.catalyst.perl.org/repos/Catalyst 
http://dev.catalystframework.org/repos/Catalyst Catalyst
