[Dbix-class] C3 branch lives!

All tests pass here. Everybody please test branches/DBIx-Class-C3 or

http://trout.me.uk/perl/DBIx-Class-0.03999_02.tar.gz

(note you'll need Class::C3 0.07 which was only released a few hours ago)

If nobody finds any showstoppers in the next couple days I'll be merging
back to trunk and releasing this as 0.04 ...
