[Catalyst] httpd.conf.

Hi,
I'd like to execute other cgi program at /cgi-bin/.
I set the following to httpd.conf. But, I cannot execute cgi. 
Please let me know my mistake .

    SetHandler       perl-script
    PerlHandler      MyApp

ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ "/var/www/other"
