Hi Dennis,

My personal favorite is using Data::FormValidator, which is very
robust and full featured.  A simpler alternative is
FormValidator::Simple.

If you want to actually tie something into form generation and
handling, Catalyst::Controller::FormBuilder is the recommended
package.
