We're already hosting an entire CPAN mirror plus the Cat + DBIC web sites and 
repos, so if you'd like I'd be more than happy to give you some hosting space 
for this as well (especially since Shadowcat use Gentoo internally :)

sick of mirrors that didn't sync reliably ...)
