I recall the new answer being along the lines of upgrade Tie::RefHash
due to some threading issues.  I did not go for it because I also ran i
into issues when upgrading Cwd, because it was in site when it should 
have been in lib, or vice versa, and CPAN couldn't delete the old one, 
or was still  seeing the old one even though the new one was installed.

Rather than let things get too squirrely, I just dropped it. My app
doesn't require sessions.  They would have been a nice-to-have.
