[Catalyst] C::V::MicroMason

I've fixed this in svn revision 5057.  If you were using
View::MicroMason before, please test this subversion version and let me
know if it works for you.  If it's broken, I'll fix it.  If it works,
I'll release it to CPAN for others to enjoy :)
