Yes, I was using a template from here:

I forgot to comment out the stuff with blank href's.

Just for testing, I built a plain old template (like I always do) with
just a body and it worked like it should (and always has).  Guess in
the past I had those href's filled out and saw them being handled by
Static::Simple.

Thanks for your help, although I'm embarrased that it was something so
simple (wasted a few hours on it).
