[Catalyst] 5.7 upgrade - DBIC::S::L error.

This is the error message when I start the dev_server.pl process

DBIx::Class::Schema::Loader docs at D:/Perl/site/lib/

I've verified that  DBIC::S::L is not the problem by writing a stand-alone 
schema loader class and using it from a script.
I am definitely calling loader_options() before calling 
connect/connection.
