[Catalyst] Testing server hangs with Safari and some others

On OS X with 5.001, all pages will always time out (template based or  
manually body set) on Safari and, I think, NetNewsWire Lite and curl.  
Explorer 5 for Mac and Firefox act fine, though.

I discovered this on a growing Catalyst app and I confirmed the  
behavior on a "Dummy" app for the welcome splash screen.
