[Catalyst] InstantCrud Example

Hi there,

just installed Catalyst::Example::InstantCRUD and get this error:

Caught exception in mycrud::Controller::Greetings->list "Can't locate 
object method "form" via package "mycrud" at 
/usr/local/share/perl/5.8.7/Catalyst/Example/Controller/InstantCRUD.pm 
line 181."

Any idea what class the form method belongs to?  Can't see any missing 
prereqs on my part.
