Scoop (http://scoop.kuro5hin.org) is a mod_perl OSS community website thing
(like /.).  I found it confusing to work with when I used it a couple of
years ago.  Catalyst should make this kind of thing much easier to work with
once developed.  Templates, CSS, proper separation of M::V::C etc.
