PS: One way to try this out is to use Xalan to process the xsl stylesheet.

Xalan -i 2 form.xhtml widget_to_table.xsl

Note that there are two versions of Xalan -- the C++ one and the Java one.
The Java one would be executed by doing:

xalan -IN form.xhtml -XSL widget_to_table.xsl
