Probably. But right now it's on hold because it suits my currents.
If the CGI::Expand's author remains unresponsive I'll try adding fully
fledged Rails-like parameters to my implementation and I'll probably
uploaded it under this suggested namespace.

There's another somewhat good thing about my solution lying in the way
in processes parameters: it's non-destructive. So things relying on
traditional CGI parameters won't break. I'm not sure if that's the
case for CGI::Expand.
