[Catalyst] [ANNOUNCE] DBIx::Class::Loader

Hi,

Matt just bugged me enough to write DBIx::Class::Loader, which i've  
just committed.
It's supposed to work with SQLite, PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Code is a bit messy and needs cleanups, but you'll take care of that. ;)
