[Catalyst] what is easiest/best GNU/Linux/BSD distributionforCatalyst?

<glazed look in eyes>  Hard core, dude.  Making Debian packages and putting them
into a repository is over my head.  But, I'm willing to learn and help (see my
other post regarding my offer to volunteer).


What I was wondering is how do I build a Sarge box and put your goodies into it?
