I have tried that and this is the result that I've got 

created "C:\MiniMojo\lib\MiniMojo\M\PGDB.pm"
Couldn't require loader class "Class::DBI::Loader::PgPP", "Can't locate Class/DB
I/Loader/PgPP.pm in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/lib C:/Perl/site/lib .) at (eva
l 20) line 2, <DATA> line 1.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at (eval 20) line 2, <DATA> line 1.
" at C:/Perl/site/lib/Class/DBI/Loader.pm line 78, <DATA> line 1.

Just wonder that i am missing something - I have installed the Class::DBI::Loader
