Yes, of course. For sure all modules from
http://pkg-catalyst.alioth.debian.org/source/ will be converted to svn 
and uploaded into debian.

You can for start join to http://alioth.debian.org/mail/?group_id=30709 
and to Alioth project, you don't have to be debian developer.
