I'm a relative perl newbie ( much less so than ruby ), but the feature that
is most important to me is that Catalyst is perl and perl will run on my
current web host and I occasionally use perl in my day-job work. It'd be
interesting to know the relative sizes of the perl / ruby development
camps.A second feature important to me is the ability to swap out engines
that ruby doesn't seem to have.
