[Catalyst] DBIx::Class 0.04 released to CPAN

Grab it from http://pause.perl.org/incoming/ if your mirror hasn't updated
yet.

New for this release:

        - Moved get_simple and set_simple into AccessorGroup
        - Made 'new' die if given invalid columns
        - Added has_column and column_info to Table.pm
        - Refactored away from direct use of _columns and _primaries

And, of course, a complete shift from NEXT to Class::C3, which will make
extensions easier and provides a substantial performance improvement.
