You mean I got the source code from trunk?
If so, it's true (obviously).

I've checked out by using the following command:

$ svn co http://dev.catalyst.perl.org/repos/Catalyst/trunk/Catalyst-Plugin-UploadProgress

I can't understand exactly what you mean.
