[Catalyst] myapp_create with custom author etc?

Is there a way to customize what goes in the POD for everything that gets 
created with the helpers? I'm thinking of this:

Catalyst developer

=head1 LICENSE

This library is free software, you can redistribute it and/or modify
it under the same terms as Perl itself.

=cut


IMHO this should be parameters when running "catalyst MyApp", and later on 
configurable (perhaps in the script dir).
