[Catalyst] Catalyst 5.55 and -Engine flag

The app does run under MP20 when -Engine is omitted, however I recently
installed FastCGI on Apache as a precursor for some Lighttpd testing. I was
thinking about using -Engine to switch between MP20 and FastCGI but since
they're both built as DSO's, I can comment one out in httpd.conf when I need
to.
