[Catalyst] content-length bug

Hi,

I've run into a bug that I haven't had time to track down, but I  
thought I'd post and save some headaches in case this isn't a known  
issue:

Content served with the Static module will have an incorrect content- 
length in the header when -Debug is used(my guess is that it's due to  
the timing information that is added, but not accounted for in  
content-length). It causes files served with Static to be truncated.

Not using -Debug is an alright workaround.
