[Catalyst] catalyst & template toolkit

First of all thanks for Catalyst - is the tool I've looking for years
(and I've tried many times write similar).

I am making debian packages (for private use but maybe will upload them
to main debian ftp). I've found that Catalyst demand for building
Template Toolkit but don't use it later. Is this right? Or I've missed
something?
