Hi Jeremy,

please take a look at the two threads here:

[Catalyst] porting C::FastMmap to use Cache::Cache

Basically you'll need to change Catalyst::Plugin::Session::FastMmap to
use Cache::Cache instead of C::FastMmap.

It seems like Todd released his port under the name
Catalyst::Plugin::Session::ApacheSession, so you might wanna take a look
at it.
