The name FileConfig is too generic for a module
that handles only one type of file (YAML).
I would be calling the module
Catalyst::Plugin::YAMLConfig or
Catalyst::Plugin::Config::YAML.
I'm assuming one can create one day a
Catalyst::Plugin::XMLConfig etc ...
Or Am I missing something ...
