[Catalyst] Examples wanted

I'm still working out my own Best Practice method for working with
catalyst.

Once I'm happy with that, I was thinking about something like "a staff
db", and if I get adventurous, I might take on the fabled "shopping
basket".

Don't hold your breath though, I still feel like the stuff I've got so
far is a bit too rough around the edges to make a good example.
