I'm very interested in the answer because I recently had to deploy a 
Catalyst app on a Win2K3 server. I tryed par & C. but the .exe would not 
run on the server's perl environment, so I just copied the whole perl 
tree and my app tree from my xp developement pc, and everything has 
worked fine so far (both with the standalone server and under 
apache2/mod_perl2), but it's so inelegant that I find it embarassing to 
report it here... :-)
