[Catalyst] Standalone Install Package?

I was thinking Schroedinger (ala Cat In A Box).

HTML::Parser (Entities) will be the first hurdle.
In theory, I think I can just put the xs based modules in their own
directories, and shove the right one into @INC at runtime...
