[Catalyst] Meios: A Catalyst Photo Gallery Example

I missed the first turn too:
   - JavaScript + CSS cropping in a preview which would send the 
coordinates on POST to the app to apply via Image::Magick or whatnot.

Pretty tricky but it would be a nice + for those who don't have any 
image editing software.
