[Catalyst] [ANNOUNCE] C::P::Static::Simple

Hi everyone,

I've released a new plugin, Static::Simple, that removes the need for 
creating your own Static controller.  In fact, you don't need to write 
any code at all.  At most, you can define a few configuration options to 
specify if certain directories should always be served as static and any 
custom MIME types.  It'll be on CPAN soon or can be downloaded here:
