[Catalyst] Use of Data::UUID in Catalyst::Model::CDBI::Sweet

Without a C compiler I cannot check for sure, but I don't think Data::UUID is available on Windows at the moment. I have not found a PPD anywhere and ActiveState list its compilation status as FAIL for Windows. I have just commented out the UUID parts of Catalyst::Model::CDBI::Sweet for now but for info there are alternative modules such as Win32::Guidgen that could be used instead to make it more compatible.
