[Catalyst] Catalyst 5 considered stable!

Hi,

Many people were asking me when Catalyst development will finally slow 
down, so they can start using it.
I'm glad to answer that time is now!

There are no plans for changes on the core and api, Catalyst 6 will be 
definately a Perl6 port (and thats even with pugs, still some time 
away). :)

If you follow draven's daily summaries (over at use.perl.org), you can 
see that we're actually just improving minor things like the installer, 
new engines and plugins.

So have fun, and start using Catalyst! ;)
