[Catalyst] create.pl view TT TT

There was introduced a bug in the TT View Helper when it was updated for
Catalyst 5.0, this is fixed in the latest version of Catalyst::View::TT
on CPAN (http://search.cpan.org/~mramberg/Catalyst-View-TT-0.11/).
